Position: Regional Outreach Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic expansion of mental health services within the region
- Establish and maintain collaborations with local healthcare providers
- Develop and implement outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives
- Oversee a team of outreach coordinators to ensure successful program implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public health, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach or program development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for promoting mental well-being and reducing stigma
