Position: Wellness Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inclusive wellness programs that cater to diverse cultural backgrounds within the community.
Collaborate with local organizations and sports clubs to promote holistic wellness initiatives.
Coordinate and lead wellness events, workshops, and fitness activities targeting a diverse range of interests and abilities.
Foster an environment of respect and cultural awareness while promoting wellness practices.
Evaluate and adjust program strategies to ensure inclusivity and cultural relevance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in promoting health, wellness, and diversity within a community or organizational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
Ability to organize and manage diverse sports and wellness programs efficiently.
Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and fostering a positive impact on the community through wellness initiatives.
