Job Role:
- Design personalized training programs tailored to individual needs
- Implement cutting-edge techniques for performance enhancement
- Conduct assessments and analyze performance data
- Provide guidance on injury prevention and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with coaches and management to integrate performance strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Certified strength and conditioning specialist
- Strong knowledge of sports psychology and nutrition
- Proven track record of working with athletes and improving performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
