Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and general travel information
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Proven track record in customer service or a related role
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
