Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and general travel information
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Proven track record in customer service or a related role
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
