We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team in Flevoland Safety Region. As a Discovery Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to influence the way visitors experience our beautiful region, showcasing its unique attractions and fostering a sense of adventure and exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative experiences that highlight the rich cultural and natural heritage of Flevoland.
- Create and curate engaging activities that cater to a diverse range of visitors, from families to solo travelers.
- Collaborate with local businesses and tourism partners to develop distinctive tours and packages.
- Conduct thorough research on the latest tourism trends and integrate findings into our offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service while guiding guests through memorable experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the tourism industry, with a strong understanding of visitor expectations and preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and work effectively in a team.
- Proven creativity and the capacity to design remarkable and unforgettable experiences.
