Selle Royal is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to take on the role of Regional Brand Ambassador based in the scenic region of Tuscany. In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, fostering relationships with retail partners and promoting our premium cycling products to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and clients
Implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive product visibility and sales performance
Providing product knowledge and training to retail staff to ensure a superior customer experience
Conducting regular market analysis and identifying opportunities for business growth
Collaborating with the marketing team to execute local brand events and initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in retail, sales, or brand representation
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for cycling and an understanding of the cycling industry
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in both Italian and English
