As a Creative Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling experiences that support our organizational goals. Your work will involve collaborating with various departments to integrate art and design into our research and outreach efforts, creating engaging communication materials, and ensuring a cohesive visual identity for our brand. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing our mission and engaging with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual strategies for projects and initiatives.
Create and design marketing materials, event collateral, and digital content that align with our brand identity.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style guide to ensure consistent brand representation.
Contribute to the enhancement of interactive experiences related to our research and educational initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, visual arts, or related creative disciplines.
Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital media tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse team members.
