We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team at Bodegas y Viñedos Verum in Andalusia, Spain. As a Performance Enhancement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the physical capabilities of our team members, ensuring peak performance and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual needs
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with coaches and management to integrate performance enhancement techniques into training routines
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in performance enhancement and sports science
- Provide guidance on injury prevention and recovery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certification in strength and conditioning, personal training, or related discipline
- Proven experience working with athletes or individuals in physically demanding roles
- Strong understanding of nutrition and its impact on performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
