Key Responsibilities:

Design and curate diverse culinary experiences that cater to the preferences of our diverse workforce.
Collaborate with local vendors and farmers to source high-quality, sustainable ingredients.
Create and maintain an engaging, ever-evolving menu that reflects current food trends and seasonal variations.
Ensure that all dining experiences align with company culture and values, promoting wellness and satisfaction.
Oversee kitchen operations, including maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficient workflows.
Train and lead a team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a high-volume culinary environment, preferably with diverse menu offerings.
Demonstrated creativity in menu development and a keen understanding of flavor profiles and presentation.
