As a crucial member of our organization based in the heart of Italy's Aosta Valley, you will oversee and direct all financial aspects of our business, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement investment strategies to support the company's expansion and sustainability.
Lead financial planning and analysis to optimize cash flow and financial performance.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making based on financial insights and forecasts.
Oversee risk management, compliance, and internal control procedures.
Evaluate and manage capital allocation to maximize value creation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in investment management or financial planning within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Effective communicator and leader with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA is preferred.
