Position Overview:

Develop and implement environmental compliance strategies and initiatives to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct regular environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainable practices and technologies within manufacturing processes
Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging regulations, and sustainable technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in environmental compliance within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of local and federal environmental regulations
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven track record of implementing sustainable practices and driving environmental initiatives
