Your Role

As an Elite Performance Enhancement Specialist at Mapei, you'll be tasked with optimizing human physical performance, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics, movement patterns, and advanced training methodologies. You'll work alongside a dynamic team of professionals, influencing the development of groundbreaking approaches to elite performance enhancement.

Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth assessments of athlete performance and movement mechanics
Designing and implementing advanced training programs tailored to individual athlete needs
Collaborating with researchers and industry experts to develop cutting-edge performance enhancement techniques
Evaluating and adapting training protocols based on ongoing performance analysis
Contributing to the ongoing evolution of Mapei's performance enhancement methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Proven experience working with elite athletes, demonstrating tangible performance improvements
Deep understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
A passion for pushing the boundaries of physical achievement
