Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of our production facilities
- Ensure efficient and smooth workflow within the production team
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold our high standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in operations management or a related role
