Job Description:

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of our production facilities
Ensure efficient and smooth workflow within the production team
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold our high standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
Train and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience in operations management or a related role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
