As the Global Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on a global scale. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive international expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze global market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with international partners, clients, and stakeholders
Create and execute comprehensive business development plans to penetrate new markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of international business strategies
Monitor and evaluate the performance of international business activities and provide regular reports to the executive team
Stay updated on global regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with international business expansion
Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional strategies tailored to international markets

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven track record of successful global business development and expansion
Strong understanding of international trade, finance, and regulatory environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel internationally and work across different time zones as needed
Proficiency in a second language is a plus
Experience in the media, advertising, or entertainment industry is highly desirable
