We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as the Environmental & Community Engagement Manager. This role involves overseeing our initiatives related to sustainability, community outreach, and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement environmental strategies that align with our organization's commitment to sustainability
Lead community engagement programs focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle and wellness through sports and outdoor activities
Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to drive sustainable and responsible environmental practices within the sports and entertainment industry
Manage and execute events and programs that promote environmental awareness and responsibility
Oversee the development and implementation of educational initiatives aimed at fostering environmental consciousness and stewardship
Evaluate the environmental impact of our operations and develop strategies to minimize our carbon footprint

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Community Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in environmental management, community engagement, or sustainability roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and implement environmental and community programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about promoting environmental sustainability and community well-being through sports and entertainment
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals
