Galician Adventure Tourism is seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Wilderness Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning unique expeditions and outdoor adventures that showcase the natural beauty and cultural richness of Galicia. While we emphasize the nature of the role, as a Wilderness Experience Coordinator, you will actively incorporate elements of research and analysis to create one-of-a-kind adventures that cater to a diverse range of clientele.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom wilderness experiences, including hiking, wildlife observation, and cultural immersion activities
Conduct thorough research on outdoor destinations, local culture, and environmental sustainability practices
Create comprehensive itineraries while ensuring safety and environmental responsibility
Collaborate with local experts and guides to enhance the authenticity of the experiences
Implement post-experience assessments and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement

Requirements:

A passion for outdoor adventures and a deep understanding of Galician natural and cultural heritage
Proven experience in planning and coordinating outdoor excursions or similar events
Strong research and analytical skills to curate unique and engaging experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
