Job Responsibilities:

Conducting in-depth research on cutting-edge farming techniques, including soil management, irrigation, and crop rotation
Collaborating with our experienced agronomists to develop and implement advanced cultivation strategies
Evaluating the effectiveness of new agricultural technologies and providing recommendations for integration
Assisting in the planning and execution of experimental trials to optimize crop yield and quality
Contributing to the development of sustainable agricultural practices aligned with environmental conservation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Demonstrated expertise in precision farming, crop modeling, and agricultural data analysis
Proven experience in agroecology, organic farming, or sustainable agriculture
Proficiency in using agricultural software, drones, and other innovative tools for farming
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
