Upplandsmuseet is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Curatorial Innovation Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the preservation and presentation of cultural heritage in Uppsala län.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative exhibition concepts that engage and inspire our visitors
Collaborate with artists, designers, and historians to create compelling narratives
Conduct research to enhance the museum's collections and interpretive materials
Participate in the curation and installation of diverse art and historical artifacts
Contribute to educational programs and outreach initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or related field
Demonstrated experience in curatorial work, exhibition design, or museum programming
Strong creative and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for cultural heritage and a commitment to fostering public engagement
