Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to connect with diverse community groups and organizations.
  • Organize and oversee financial literacy workshops and events in collaboration with local partners.
  • Conduct outreach programs and activities to enhance understanding and awareness of economic concepts.
  • Act as a liaison between the Reserve Bank and community stakeholders to ensure effective communication and positive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate community insights into policy and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement, event coordination, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and community settings.
  • A passion for empowering individuals through financial education and community connection.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
