Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to connect with diverse community groups and organizations.
- Organize and oversee financial literacy workshops and events in collaboration with local partners.
- Conduct outreach programs and activities to enhance understanding and awareness of economic concepts.
- Act as a liaison between the Reserve Bank and community stakeholders to ensure effective communication and positive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate community insights into policy and decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement, event coordination, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and community settings.
- A passion for empowering individuals through financial education and community connection.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
