The ideal candidate will take on the role of Product Development Manager, leading the charge in creating innovative solutions that intersect the worlds of design, science, and consumer health. Through cutting-edge research and strategic development, the Product Development Manager will spearhead the launch of new products that redefine the standards of wellness and beauty.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new product lines.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and ingredients in the beauty and healthcare industries.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product innovation and quality excellence.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from ideation to commercialization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product development.
- Demonstrated success in launching consumer wellness or beauty products.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and quality requirements within the wellness industry.
