Position: Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist at Allianz Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our organization with community projects and initiatives aimed at building a better future. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with various community organizations, identifying opportunities for partnership, and driving sustainable impact through collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Forge strong partnerships with local nonprofits and community groups
Identify and assess community needs and develop strategies to address them
Organize and execute community outreach events and initiatives
Evaluate the impact of community programs and initiatives
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align community engagement with company goals
Represent Allianz at community forums, events, and public engagements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated passion for community development and a strong understanding of social responsibility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development
