Responsibilities:

Coordinate and develop professional development programs tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele
Collaborate with industry professionals and experts to design and deliver relevant training modules
Manage and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders
Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify emerging trends and skills gaps
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to program participants
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of professional development initiatives
Contribute to the marketing and promotion of professional development offerings
Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in program coordination or related roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Passion for professional development and adult education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Fluency in Swedish and English
