Are you passionate about preserving and promoting history and culture through artistic expression? Missouri Historical Society is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cultural Heritage Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our collections, curatorial, and outreach teams to interpret, promote, and highlight our historical artifacts and artworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and interpret historical artifacts and artwork
Collaborate with curators and educators to develop exhibits and educational programs
Contribute to the development and implementation of digital initiatives
Engage with the public on tours, outreach programs, and community events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in history, art history, museum studies, or a related field
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with historical artifacts and artistic materials
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
