Trapani Port Authority is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving financial initiatives, optimizing capital resources, and shaping the financial future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing innovative financial strategies to maximize profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enhance financial performance.
Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and support decision-making.
Evaluating investment opportunities and assessing potential risks to inform sound financial decisions.
Monitoring and managing financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Providing leadership and mentorship to junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Proven track record of at least 8 years in financial management, strategic planning, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of financial principles, investment analysis, and risk management.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial data in a clear, insightful manner.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
