As an Elite Athletic Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing athletic performance for our student athletes. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive performance training programs, conducting performance assessments, and providing individualized coaching to maximize athletic potential. You will collaborate closely with our sports teams, utilizing your expertise to strategize and implement performance-enhancing techniques, ensuring our athletes reach the pinnacle of their abilities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in exercise science, sports physiology, and performance training methodologies. Previous experience working with collegiate or professional athletes is preferred. Additionally, a proven track record of success in developing and implementing performance improvement plans is essential. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate athletes to excel beyond their perceived limitations.
