If so, the Appenzell Ausserrhoden Amateur Photography Club is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Rural Capture Specialist.

As a Rural Capture Specialist, you will be responsible for visually documenting the unique agriculture, landscapes, and rural lifestyle of Appenzell Ausserrhoden. Your keen eye for detail and your ability to highlight the essence of rural life will play a vital role in our club's mission to celebrate and preserve the region's agricultural heritage.

Key responsibilities:

Travel to various rural locations within Appenzell Ausserrhoden to capture the essence of agriculture, rural landscapes, and community life.
Compose and create visually stunning and evocative images that portray the spirit of rural living.
Collaborate with local farmers, artisans, and community members to showcase the diverse facets of rural life.
Participate in club exhibitions, events, and outreach programs to share your photographic insights and showcase the beauty of the countryside.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in rural or agricultural photography, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work that encapsulates the essence of rural life.
Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software to create captivating visual narratives.
An understanding and appreciation of Appenzell Ausserrhoden's agricultural traditions, landscapes, and rural culture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and communities.
