Our team is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Discover Adventure Coordinator. As a Discover Adventure Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing, organizing, and overseeing exciting and memorable expeditions that showcase the scenic beauty, cultural richness, and historical heritage of Occitanie. Your contribution will directly impact the satisfaction and enjoyment of our visitors, leaving them with lasting memories of their travels.

Your role:

Collaborate with local businesses and attractions to curate a diverse range of immersive and authentic experiences for travelers.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations during excursions and adventures.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a strong network of partners and collaborators.
Create compelling narratives and itineraries that capture the essence and charm of Occitanie's diverse landscape and cultural identity.
Assist in marketing efforts, contributing fresh and innovative ideas to attract a wider audience of adventure enthusiasts.

Key requirements:

Proven experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, with a focus on crafting engaging and captivating travel experiences.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to evolving situations in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
A passion for exploration, with an in-depth knowledge of Occitanie's hidden gems and lesser-known attractions.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with local partners and vendors.
