Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can oversee regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and risk management, while also providing sound legal counsel to our management team. Key Responsibilities

Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with contractual agreements and business operations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legal guidelines and best practices
Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
Provide guidance on intellectual property matters and dispute resolution

Qualifications

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in a recognized bar association
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal role, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or nonprofit sectors
Demonstrated expertise in contract law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
