Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our sustainable retail initiatives.
Collaborate with local organizations and partners to support social and environmental causes.
Lead efforts to educate and inspire our customers on sustainable and ethical consumption.
Contribute to the creation of impactful marketing campaigns centered around social and environmental responsibility.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of our impact initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in community outreach, customer engagement, or related fields.
Passionate about driving positive social and environmental change through retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to promote social responsibility within a retail context.
Understanding of sustainable business practices and their impact on communities and the planet.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
