Position: Event Experience Coordinator
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Event Experience Coordinator to manage a variety of events and recreational activities throughout Nevada. Your role will involve creating unforgettable experiences for individuals and groups seeking adventure in the great outdoors. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and who has a passion for creating extraordinary memories.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee outdoor recreational activities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local tourist agencies and event venues
- Create and execute exceptional event experiences
- Manage event logistics, including transportation and accommodations
- Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service
- Deliver innovative solutions to meet client demands
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in event planning or tourism management
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for outdoor adventures and recreational activities
