Normandy Association of Health Insurance Providers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator, focusing on process optimization and logistic management.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality medical equipment. Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to guarantee a secure work environment for all staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and supply chain optimization software.
