In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality medical equipment. Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the production process, from material sourcing to final product delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination, implementing efficient production strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production procedures, promoting a culture of creativity and problem-solving.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to guarantee a secure work environment for all staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing or production management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Proficient in project management tools and supply chain optimization software.
