We are currently looking for a Marketing and Branding Specialist to join our organization and help elevate our presence in the market.

As a Marketing and Branding Specialist at CCCI, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience, driving brand awareness and elevating our cultural products within the market. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about cultural industries, consumer behavior, and retail marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and desirability of our cultural products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for increased sales and brand growth
Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing and branding initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles
Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in data analysis and market research
