- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of our Bavaria-based outlets with a focus on customer service and quality
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company standards

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve company objectives and maintain a positive work culture
- Proven experience in operations management within the retail or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results through effective operational strategies and process improvements
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on fostering teamwork and individual development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both German and English
