Position: Process Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize production efficiency.
Develop and execute strategies to streamline operational workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for enhancement and cost reduction.
Lead and support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive change through data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to initiate and sustain operational improvements.
