Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations based on the hiring needs and cultural fit.
Coordinate and attend job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize our recruitment processes.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
Strong understanding of modern recruiting techniques, including social media sourcing and employer branding.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build strong relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving.
