Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth regulatory research and analysis within the energy and environmental sectors
Provide strategic guidance to clients to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs
Stay current with industry trends and regulatory updates to advise clients effectively
Collaborate with legal teams to support clients in achieving regulatory compliance goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or consulting within the energy or environmental industry
Demonstrated knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
