Position: Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure a secure work environment
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for workplace safety improvements
Collaborate with management and staff to enforce health and safety regulations and best practices
Investigate workplace incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
Deliver training and workshops on occupational health and safety protocols
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Environmental Health, or related field
Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety
Proven experience in developing and implementing health and safety programs
Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
