Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator
Role Overview
- Develop and implement programs to enhance community participation and collaboration.
- Foster relationships with various community groups and stakeholders.
- Organize multicultural events and initiatives to celebrate diversity.
- Support and advocate for underrepresented communities.
- Facilitate dialogue and communication between diverse cultural groups.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion
- Experience in community engagement or related fields
- Knowledge of multicultural dynamics and social issues
- Fluency in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
