We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team at Tsogo Sun Gaming as an Operations Manager for our Western Cape location.

About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities within our Western Cape location. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of our facilities, optimizing manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically plan and execute the operational activities to maintain smooth production and delivery processes
Implement and monitor manufacturing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, productivity, and excellence
Develop and optimize manufacturing systems, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Conduct regular assessments of operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in operations management within the leisure, entertainment, or hospitality industry
Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and operational best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams
Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Sound knowledge of regulatory and safety standards
