Position Available: Cultural Wellness Coordinator

We are looking for a Cultural Wellness Coordinator whose responsibilities will include working with diverse communities to develop wellness initiatives that are culturally sensitive and inclusive. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and local organizations to create impactful programs that make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural wellness programs that cater to the specific needs of various communities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote mental and emotional well-being
Facilitate workshops and events focused on holistic health and cultural enrichment
Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
Engage with local partners to expand the reach of wellness programs and initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Demonstrated experience in community engagement and wellness promotion
Understanding of cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan proficiency is a plus
