At the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Research and Insights Analyst to join our team. As a crucial member of the Research and Performance Analysis division, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the cutting-edge transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret transportation data and trends
- Conduct in-depth market studies to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis
- Proven experience in data interpretation, statistical analysis, and forecasting
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software (e.g., Tableau, R, Python)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex insights in an understandable manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
