At the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Research and Insights Analyst to join our team. As a crucial member of the Research and Performance Analysis division, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the cutting-edge transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret transportation data and trends
Conduct in-depth market studies to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
Stay abreast of industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis
Proven experience in data interpretation, statistical analysis, and forecasting
Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software (e.g., Tableau, R, Python)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex insights in an understandable manner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
