Position: Community Well-being Coordinator

We are seeking a Community Well-being Coordinator to drive innovative solutions within the Northern Cape region. This unique role involves facilitating community outreach programs aimed at improving the overall well-being of our community's members, animal companions included.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the welfare of animals within our communities.
Collaborate with local organizations and community leaders to design impactful initiatives.
Educate and advocate for responsible pet ownership and wildlife conservation efforts.
Assess community needs and develop tailored programs to address them.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, animal science, or related fields.
Proven experience in community engagement or social development projects.
Passion for animal welfare and a deep understanding of related social issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically and strategically about community needs and resources.
