In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting sustainable agricultural practices and enhancing rural development within Västernorrlands län. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable agricultural strategies
Conduct research on agricultural best practices
Collaborate with local farmers to optimize farming techniques
Educate and advise farmers on sustainable practices
Monitor and assess environmental impact
Participate in community outreach programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture
Strong understanding of rural development and environmental conservation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
