Role Overview:

As our Wellness Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing engaging programs and events that promote an enriched lifestyle for our community. You will collaborate with our dedicated team and community partners to organize activities that inspire and encourage individuals to embrace an active and healthy way of living.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness initiatives tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels
Coordinate outdoor fitness activities, workshops, and social events
Foster positive relationships with local fitness and wellness organizations
Provide guidance and support to individuals interested in leading a healthier lifestyle
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials promoting wellness programs and events
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to wellness initiatives
Track and analyze participant engagement and feedback to continuously enhance program offerings

Qualifications and Skills:

Passionate about promoting wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Experience in event planning and program coordination (preferred)
Understanding of marketing principles and content creation (preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment
Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Swedish and English is a plus
