We are excited to announce a new opportunity at the Jerusalem Bird Observatory in the heart of Jerusalem District. We are searching for a passionate nature enthusiast to join us in a unique role that blends outdoor activities with environmental awareness.
Job Title: Wildlife Interaction Coordinator
Are you someone who loves the great outdoors, wildlife, and nature? Do you enjoy promoting physical activity while nurturing a respect for the environment? If so, this may be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead outdoor expeditions to observe and appreciate the local bird and wildlife population.
- Design and implement fitness programs that align with nature exploration and observation.
- Educate participants on conservation efforts while engaging them in physical activities.
- Create and maintain detailed records of bird and wildlife observations during outdoor excursions.
- Collaborate with local conservation groups to promote sustainable practices in outdoor recreational activities.
Qualifications:
- A deep appreciation for wildlife and nature with demonstrated knowledge of local bird species.
- Experience in organizing physical fitness or outdoor recreational activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey environmental conservation messages.
