KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in Utrecht. As a member of our forward-thinking airline, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Collaborate with department heads to identify developmental needs within the organization
Manage and assess various learning methods such as classroom training, workshops, e-learning, etc.
Develop and maintain learning materials and resources, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
Keep abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in employee development and adult education

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Proficient in using educational technology and learning management systems
Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
