As a Performance Enhancement Specialist at Henderson, you will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of fine-tuning and advancing the strategic efficiency of our operations through innovative methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement specific performance enhancement programs to maximize overall effectiveness of our processes.
- Conduct detailed analysis and assessment of existing operational techniques and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to integrate modern sporting methodologies into our day-to-day operations.
- Develop and execute custom-tailored training regimens to elevate the physical and mental aptitude of our workforce.
- Continuously track and evaluate progress through data analysis and adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in implementing performance enhancement strategies, preferably within a comparable industry.
- Demonstrated ability to translate sports performance methodologies into broader operational settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate teams towards functional excellence.
- A keen eye for detail and a natural affinity for problem-solving and innovation.
