Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative programs to enhance the well-being and experience of our furry friends
- Manage and coordinate initiatives to ensure the optimal care and happiness of our animal companions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging experiences for both animals and their human companions
- Conduct research to improve the overall welfare of our animal partners
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in animal behavior, welfare, or related fields
- A deep passion for understanding and improving the lives of animals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is considered an asset
