Career Opportunity: Supply Chain Coordinator

Eddie Bauer, a leading outdoor lifestyle brand, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Washington. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of our products from manufacturers to our warehouses and retail locations. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate efficient transportation, streamline import/export processes, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with vendors and freight forwarders to schedule and track inbound shipments
Monitor and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times
Work with warehouse teams to plan and execute efficient product storage and distribution
Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Analyze demand forecasts and coordinate inventory replenishment orders
Implement process improvements and contribute to overall supply chain strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, operations, or related roles
Strong understanding of transportation logistics and inventory management
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
