Job Overview

Position: Cultural Engagement Specialist

Location: Berlin, Germany

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural programs and activities aimed at promoting diversity and intercultural understanding within the local community
Collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and tourism establishments to create inclusive experiences for individuals from all backgrounds
Organize and lead cultural tours and immersive experiences that celebrate the multicultural landscape of Berlin
Facilitate workshops and events that promote global awareness and cross-cultural communication skills
Act as a liaison between the organization and diverse communities, advocating for their needs and fostering a welcoming environment
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that highlight the diversity and inclusivity of our programs
Participate in outreach activities to engage with underrepresented groups and promote our organization's initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated passion for promoting multiculturalism and diversity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in event planning, community engagement, or cultural exchange programs is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is desirable
